Mark Furlan has been a supporter of FLOC since its inception.  He comes to us with over 25 years’ experience in service and non-profit agencies, with expertise in special events management and membership services.  He and his wife Kathy have lived in Laguna Hills for over 20 years. They have three adult children and one grandchild.

As an active member of the Saddleback Valley Kiwanis, Mission Viejo Elks Lodge, the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce and the Knights of Columbus, Mark lives the values of FLOC as a valued volunteer in the community.

Professionally, Mark is the independent owner/operator of CruiseOne Laguna Hills/ Laguna Woods; specializing in cruise travel, tours and vacation packages for individuals, families and groups. Mark says his travel agency believes in “Service without the fees” and is “Big enough to take care of the details, and small enough to Care”.

With an educational background in Christian Ministry from Pacific Christian College, and Youth Ministry, Spiritual Direction and Pastoral Counseling from Mount St. Mary’s College, Mark has been a keynote and workshop speaker at youth conferences throughout California. As the Author of “Creating a Successful Youth Retreat” Mark was honored to direct a retreat for the Midshipmen at the Navel Academy in Annapolis, MD.
